Her Story

Letales grew up in Georgia swampland, the daughter of a reclusive dog breeder who raised Canes Corsos for illegal pit fights. When her father died mysteriously in a dog attack, she turned his legacy into a savage empire—training dogs for combat, hit jobs, and even heists. Rumors spread of a woman who could point at a man and have him torn apart in 11 seconds. She was a ghost story whispered by southern sheriffs and cartel smugglers alike.

After her prize dog “Gristle” mauled a DEA agent, she returned home to find a bag of jerky sealed in wax. Inside was a note:

“Your talents have been noticed. You and your pack have a new home on Murderville Island.”

She now runs Murderville Island’s most elite dog training and grooming facility.

By submitting photos, videos, written content, or personal information (collectively, the “Submission”) to Murderville (“we,” “our,” “us”), you (“you,” “your,” or “the Entrant”) agree to the following terms:

1. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to submit.

By submitting, you affirm that you are the legal owner of the content and have full rights to grant the permissions outlined below.

2. Rights Granted to Murderville

By submitting, you grant Murderville an irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, and transferable license to:

Use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, publicly perform, and publicly display your Submission in any medium or format, now known or later developed.

Use your name, likeness, username, biography, and any other provided information in connection with the Submission.

Incorporate the Submission, in whole or in part, into products, merchandise, marketing materials, advertisements, digital assets, printed cards, and commercial items for sale or distribution.

Use the Submission for any purpose, including but not limited to advertising, promotion, marketing, merchandising, commercial products, editorial, or any other lawful purpose.

3. Ownership

You retain ownership of your Submission, but grant Murderville full rights as described above without limitation.

You waive any right to inspection, approval, or compensation related to the use of your Submission.

4. Model Release

By submitting, you agree and grant to Murderville the absolute, unrestricted, and irrevocable right to use your likeness, image, and/or voice as contained in your Submission for commercial, editorial, promotional, and merchandise purposes, including but not limited to print, digital, video, advertising, and product packaging, without any compensation, further consent, or notification.

5. Representations & Warranties

You represent and warrant that:

You are at least 18 years of age.

You own or control all rights to your Submission.

Your Submission does not infringe upon or violate any third-party rights, including copyrights, trademarks, privacy, or publicity rights.

6. Content Restrictions

Murderville reserves the right to refuse, remove, or modify any Submission at its sole discretion.

7. No Obligation

Murderville is not obligated to use any Submission.

No payment or compensation will be provided unless expressly agreed in writing.

8. Harassment & Third-Party Conduct

Murderville, its executives, employees, contractors, affiliates, and partners shall not be held liable for any unwanted advances, solicitations, propositions, or sexual communications you may receive from any staff of Creative Wrath, Murderville or third parties as a result of your participation in the Murderville Hot Girl Gallery or any associated platform.

By submitting, you agree to hold harmless, release, defend, and indemnify Creative Wrath and/or Murderville and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or actions arising out of or related to such conduct, whether online or offline.

9. Release of Liability

You release Murderville, its owners, affiliates, employees, and partners from any and all claims, demands, or liabilities arising out of or in connection with the use of your Submission.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nevada, without regard to conflict of law principles.
